Movement guidance
Preparation
First establish support through the lower hand and foot in Side Plank.
Entry and alignment
Bend the upper knee and place that foot behind the body, opening the chest upward and lifting the pelvis comfortably.
Hold and breathe
Press through the supporting hand so the shoulder does not collapse toward the ear. Keep breathing comfortably without holding your breath.
Exit and next movement
Lower the upper arm, turn the torso toward the floor, and return the moved foot to Plank or supported knees.
Easier variations and preparation
Prepare with the lower knee grounded in Side Plank.
Difficulty refers to the photographed form. Individual experience may differ.
